    Markup.html ????? Confused!

I can't seem to get a solid answer about this.
I went to Google web tools and it produced a file called Markup.html The instructions say to insert it in between head head tags? Can anyone tell me how to do this? It seems to be an image of my home page.
I am running a child theme if that matters.
I don't know where to put the file or how to do it. Should I expand it some how or just upload it?
    Any advice would be appreciated
    Thanks!!!!
