Mass Custom Form/Field Import

I have a CSV with about 150 custom fields. I understand how to get them imported via teh custom form and adding the lines to the functions.php file, but I'm hoping there is a way to mass import without having to create all that. Its a pain to have to create each field, and I have another file with more that I need to import next.

Is there a way to just have the importer recognize the first row of the CSV to be custom form names and create them as its imported???
