    Permalinks, Page Titles and SEO?

    Dear Dimitris,

    To try and explain what I am looking for, as I don't know the proper name for it, please allow me the explanation. If you will go to www.yelp.com, when the homepage pulls up, if you are in Washington, D.C., it shows "http://www.yelp.com/dc" and if you hover over the tab at the top of the computer window, it reads "Washington, DC Restaurants, Dentists, Bars, Beauty Salons, Doctors". What is the proper terminology for having our page read similar to that and how do I do it?
