    Problem to install Vantage 1.1.4 on hostgator addon domain

    Hi,
    I bought recently Vantage theme. Installed v 1.1.4 locally on wp 3.5.1. Everything is working well. When I tried to install it on hostgator addon domain - I have grey screen and

    [12-Feb-2013 15:28:28] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_custom_header() in public_html/afghaninfoplaza.com/wp-content/themes/vantage/includes/template-tags.php on line 257
    Admin part of Vantage is working.
    Theme Twenty Ten and Twenty Eleven - both work well there. Please, advice. Thanks.
