Recurring Payment Questions
I have a couple questions about the recurring payment function in Vantage.
First, what is the process a user follows to cancel their recurring payment?
Secondly, what happens if a user with recurring payments fails to pay? For example, if a card expires, or an account has insufficient funds is there a process in place for handling this. Most sites have an automated function that sends a message to the user and allows a grace period for the user to update their payment info. Is there something like this in place?
Also, will the administrator of the site be notified of this non-payment?
