    Search bar within page

    Hi Folks

    I am currently editing the 404 error page - I wanted to add a search bar within the page but upon testing a search query it sends me to a random php page - What the???

    Here is a link to my 404 page to test the search form - http://www.takeyourpet.com.au/error

    What have I done wrong
