Some questions on installation

Dear Sir,

I have some questions regarding installation to consult you:

1) How to activate Register? I am not sure how and where to activate Register.(When Register is clicked, it shows it is disabled by the user.) I have tried to look for the solution but can not find up to now.

2) Listing>Custom Form, but custom form can not be found.

3) Need to set up SQL database? Mine is hostgator hosting company, I am not sure is it necessary for to set up phpmyadmin database?

4) where to control the size of the pics uploaded by customers?

5) where to set up the site description and keywords ?

6) On the Register Page and Listing Post page, can I type to add some Sentences or words?
