Static Front Page Information
I am wanting to create a static front page so that I can get a lot of on page content to help out with
SEO and will be a general welcome page. There are a few things I was wanting to know.
1. When I create the static page and click over to my listings page the big map on the top disappears. If I put the listings page back as the home page the map comes back.
2. I would ideally like to be able to add 2-3 profiles on the front page which would be an added bonus as a top paying member. I can do this manually but it would be nice to have the ability to add profiles on a static page.
3. Overall, is this a recommended route for a directory or should I keep it with the main listing page on the front? I just want to have some good content on my front pay with my keywords to boost
SEO. I am just fine with keeping the directory but would like to have the ability to add content to the front page to boost
SEO.
