    Update apptheme plugin best practice ?

    I have 3 pluging from apptheme invoice, stripe and mapsupreme i notice there are a new version available...

    No message in wordpress to update

    I have appthemes updater install (1.3) and when i activate the "check for update" i receive "all is up to date" message

    My question is what is the best practice to update these plugin without losing my setup
