    Upgrade Button - What does it do?

    What is the "Upgrade Listing" button for?
    I clicked on it and it just gives me this:
    UpgradeButton.jpg

    Just shows the plans and no option to do anything or to continue to the next step. Was this an idea that didn't get finished. If not, how do I remove the "Upgrade Listing" button?
