URGENT - PLEASE HELP! Most of Site has disappeared
Hello,
Our site,
www.b4ugoreviews.com, has mostly disappeared. We are using Vantage with Directory child theme. Everything was working fine. The only changes that were made at all within the last two weeks had been to upload more businesses to the site and I went iCPanel and performed a backup and clicked the option on "Optimize Site" to optimize everything, not just text files. I continued working in the site for another couple of hours and then logged out. After logging out, instead of the site coming up in login mode or home page mode, it comes up showing the tiny "Login/Register" and the social icons across the top, but the rest of the page is the background color only. Nothing else shows.
I went into CPanel again thinking that maybe I shouldn't have told it to optimize and reset it back to the original setting. Then I refreshed the page and still nothing. Then I tried to upload the backup that I had performed earlier and that seemed to have worked. Went home and enjoyed my weekend. Came back in this morning and logged in as normal and was working once again on uploading and then I went to view the page and it had once again "disappeared" except for the small bar across the top and the blue background.
When I look at the site with the Inspect Element, it's as if everything had been wiped clean except for the stuff that is showing. Can someone please help me! I don't know what to do.
Of course this was the first backup of the site through CPanel and I think it was successful (or at least I thought it to be successful). I have Updraft and had set it to do backups, but come to find out upon inspection, there was nothing in the files. I have Updraft on another site and it is working fine there. Go figure.
I truly appreciate anyone giving me advice and pointing me into the right direction. I don't even really know what to properly call this type of problem in order to research it. When I have tried so far, all I get is the white page of death and this isn't that?
Thanks,
Jane
