    VA_Locale not working

    Hi,

    I could translate most strings to my language via using *mo file.
    but I couldn't find the month string in *po file so I look into the documentation it said it is using VA_Locale to internally translate it.
    I found the string well translated in my wordpress version (my language code is zh_TW), it's working well in other part of my site but not in vantage.
