    Vantage 1.2 - Missing Categories on Price Plans

    I cannot seem to make the Category Listings appear when creating or editing a Price Plan (see attacehd screeen shot). I have tried two complete installations without any plugins, one on my local development machine and one on-line - neither will display the Categories panel when working in Price Plans.

    I did look in Screen Options but there is no option to turn it on or off there.


    Anyone got any ideas?
