Vantage: Create listing form does not load images

Good evening, I have the following problem with Vantage: the theme has enabled five photographs per ad, to load a new ad with 5 images, the form is processed and then returns to the same blank form without generating the ad.
Try with 3 and 4 pictures and it worked properly, may help to make it work with 5 photos.
