    vantage non-english listing load error

    pls help figure out if i am doing something wrong:

    when uploading listings in russian ( both tital and description are written in russian) via import tool, Vantage doesnt seem to be able to read it and comes up with "???????" instead.. (I am using the CVS file provided by Vantage which i added the russian listings to...)

    how can i fix this? thank you!
