Vantage: which entity in the model actually stores the business listings

Our CTO has a technical question about the Vantage in order for him to assist us in hosting configuration. He want to know the data model of the system, specifically which entity in the model actually stores the business listings?
Could you send me a fully detailed please in anticipation that he might throw some further question?
