Vantage Language Pack

Hello,

I would like to translate my Vantage theme in French but I had no success. I followed the steps outlined here : https://www.appthemes.com/blog/how-t...rdpress-theme/

1) I downloaded the language pack from version 1.3 (https://www.appthemes.com/support/languages/vantage/)
2) Downloaded poedit and translated most of the new strings
3) Added define ( ‘WPLANG’ , ‘fr_FR’ ); to the config file
4) Uploaded my vantage-fr_FR.mo file to wp-content/languages/themes/vantage/ and wp-content/themes/vantage/languages/ to see if any of these two directories would work but nothing.

What am I missing?
