vantage - only homepage works

I installed wordpress, checked it out to make sure everything works, all links, blogs, etc. I then upload and install vantage 3.0.1 and activate it. I go to the homepage, and I can see the vantage theme, but when I click on Categories, Create Listing, Blog or even the initial business listings I get page not found. I have re-installed this three different times including renaming the directory and the database name to make sure I'm using a clean install but I'm getting the same results.
