    Vantage update issue / HELP!

    I followed your directions to fix the "automatic update" problem cited at your website.

    I tried to follow the directions "Short term solution". However, one of the steps is to "download a fresh new copy of Vantage from my customer dashboard." When I go to my customer dashboard, there is no file to download ... just an API key. What do I do?
