Want to Improve my Payment / Registration Work Flow. Can I do This?
I am the creator of
www.TheModernVocalistDirectory.com.
I am trying to improve my payment/registration work flow for customers... currently the work flow is:
CURRENT WORK FLOW:
1). Click on “submit listing” red button.
2). Goes to Plan/Packages page, but when you click “continue”, it goes back to the registration page?
(Strange, ... an unnecessary step that creates confusion for the buyer).
3). Click “Register”.
4). Fill out registration information and click “Register”.
5). System takes you to the page where you select your plan.
6). System takes you to the page where you fill in the information for your listing and click “Next Step”.
7). System takes you to “Order Summary” page, and select “Submit”.
8). System takes you to a Pay Pal checkout.
I would like to remove step #2 above and do the following below. If the red "submit listing" button went directly to the registration page, would that break the system? Does the system HAVE to go to the plan/packages page first, then bounce back to the registration page to work, or can I just link the red button to the registration page as in the work flow below?

If we create the alternative work flow, are there any special considerations that need to be done to keep the system from breaking?
