    Bank Transfer 'Activated' Yet No Payment Was Received

    Hi. I recently had a customer pay for a Featured Listing service with a Bank Transfer. The order reads 'Bank Transfer Activated' yet no payment was received on my end. The customer's listing is now live. Was there another step I needed to take (perhaps downloading another plugin?) in order for payment to arrive to my own bank account?
