Thread: Cannot Select Categories

Cannot Select Categories
When I attempt to select categories, when submitting a listing, I am unable to do so.
The cursor is a no entry sign.

I have tried every combination of settings, making the selection of categories required and not.

Nothing makes any difference.

Please can someone help.
