    Change language folder not available

    Hello dear Team.

    I saw the txt file in the theme language folder talking about the folder where to put the language and to see in system info where to find the location..

    /wp-content/languages/themes/

    but when i go to

    /wp-content

    i cant see the folders of

    /languages/ and themes/

    shall i create them by my own or should the system create them already by installing the theme?
