Different side bar ads for different listings ?

Hi I currently have 3 ads listed in my side bar that show on my home page and I know you can change what is seen in the side bar for listings pages. However, I want to be able to puts ads in the side bar on the listings that are relevant to the location the user is viewing i.e they are looking at somewhere in Leeds and an ad for a company based in Leeds is shown in the side bar so different ads on different listings pages. Is there a way to do that?


I'd like to start offering advertising space but currently if there is no way to change the ads seen based on the page they user is viewing I have very limited space for adverts.
