Moderate ALL job listings (for admin-side optimization)

Hi,

At the moment, if a recruiter pays for a job listing, none of their job posts are moderated before being let loose onto the board.
I appreciate that JobRoller was aimed at people who want to have free job boards, and then charge for a few extra features.
However, my job board is all paid, aside from the initial free trial-period.

One of the services I intend to offer is to proof-read each job before it's published, and make sure it is fully Search-Engine Optimized (using Wordpress SEO plugins). Very few recruitment agencies/job boards in my sector seem to do this.

Can anyone suggest the changes I'll need to make, to ensure that ALL jobs are moderated before being published, regardless of whether they are free or not?

I bought the Fxtender Pro plugin/theme, which is great, but I was hoping it had a similar tweak in already.
