I am using an IP redirect script from Geotargetly which must be in header.php to redirect visitors at certain IP addresses to a different website. There is a slight delay causing 1800hurt911.com to be displayed momentarily before redirecting. Geotargetly says the script must be in header.php not in wrapper.php.
