    How best to setup categories

    Hi,

    I am quite new to using Vantage to build my directory and wondering what is the best way to create my "categories"?
    Is this best done via Posts -> categories or listings ->categories?

    Another question, how do I prevent clients being able to list under the main/parent category for example I only want them to be able to under a subcategory? ie
    Main/parent category - Accommodation (don't want a client to directly list under this category)
    Subcategory - Hotels, taverns, camp grounds, farm stay (this is where I want clients to list)
