    How can I activate feature "Users can claim this listing"?

    My site (Vantage 4) it's not showing a link to claim claimable listings when I create the listing manually via admin panel.
    How can I activate feature "Users can claim this listing" on Vantage 4 to be able to set the checkbox below?
    When I try to save the listing with this option checked, Vantage erases when publishing it.
    The only place I found a option to activate this feature is during the Import Listings feature (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=app-importer-listing&step=1).
