    Logout button nowhere to be found?

    Hi there, me again with another question

    How can I add a 'Logout' button that is displayed somewhere logical when a user is already logged into Vantage?

    As delivered, Vantage has a nice Login button, so I am hoping there is a way to have that turn into a "Logout" button somehow. Like this...

    Or, at the very least, is there somehow to recreate what is on the Vantage Demo site? (Actually, every option on that Demo drop-down list would be useful)
