Menu header
Hello,
We are changing our color scheme and I need to change the color of our Header and Footer. When I go into Appearance > Customize > Colors, I can change the top of the Header but the color behind the actual menu buttons did not change with it. How can I change the rest of the Header? (The footer was no problem.)

I also need to change the color of the "Scroll to Top" button in the bottom righthand corner but I don't know where to do this.

Finally, the menu is cut off in Tablet mode. I either need to figure out how to fit it all or change it to the Mobile-style menu. How can I do this?
