Need Guidelines to Contain Google Geocoding & Maps API Costs
Just for the month of December 2019, I looked at the billing summary of the Google Geocoding/Maps API.
It was just ONE person (ME) uploading sample listings in 3 websites. My bill would have been just under $10 USD.

Luckily, I don't have any out of pocket costs yet because I still have the $300 startup credit. When the credit is exhausted and when I have more people on board, the cost would hurt.
Is anybody looking into or optimized any of the following:
1) How to minimize Google Geocoding/Maps API call? Can I take out the Map on the Search Results screen?
2) How to maximize ad revenue?
3) How to monetize categories and other listing feature schemes?
A different plug-in developer released this article on Google Maps API Usage Management. It is quite particular to their plugin. I'm not sure if we can use some of their suggestions at this link:
