    Is Classipress following the guidelines from Yahoo Yslow and Google Page Speed???

    Hi all,

    I am currently setting up and testing my site.
    I'm using Yslow and Google's Page Speed in my evaluations.

    My question is: When Classipress was developed, was any considerations made to the above performance evaluators?

    I know that the 3.0.5.4 version helped a lot, but shouldn't these performance evaluators be considered into the design of the ClassiPress source code?

    Why must we rely upon plugins or self coding to fix any shortcomings from the developer?

    Don't get me wrong. I know we need some plugins for caching etc.

    Just tired of testing plugins to speed up ClassiPress.
