    New User Email Verification

    I'm looking for a lightweight solution to require new site users to verify their email address - by receiving an email from the site with a confirmation link to approve their user account.
    Unfortunately, all the plugins that do this also seem to have hefty user profile features aswell, and I dont want to complicate matters by having a second user profile in addition to the one that Vantage creates.
    Any suggestions for a compatible plug in?
    This would make a good additional option to the vantage theme.
