Problem when someone claims a listing

Just started using Vantage, I was testing the user expereince. When I claim a listing a get the pick category page. Once I pick a category and I hit next the screen I get is the following:

Is there something that I didn't load right? I haven't made changes to any of the plugins that came with it.
