    Recurring, Optional Recurring, Forced Recurring

    I can't seem to get the Recurring Payments to work. I was using PayPal Business and Stripe as the gateways to test it. I have set it up to charge monthly for upgrades. It doesn't ask if they want to pay monthly recurring when set to optional. Also it doesn't appear to make a subscription in PayPal or Stripe when set to forced.

    Do I need a special gateway plugin?
