Reminder for renew expired listings
I have hundreds of free listings of volunteer support groups and helpers since 2015. Since listing owners usually forget to delete their listings when they quit volunteer work or suspend their support group, the directory is full of pseudo-listings, that means listings of voluntary services that donīt exist any more. It takes several weeks of work every year to sort out such listings. In order to prevent such pseudo-listings, last year I started limiting new listings to 365 days. Now I have a new problem. Listing owners often miss the renew listing mail. So, expired listings accumulate. Most of the listing owners (~ 90%) keep offering their volunteer services, but miss the mail or forget to react. Is there an easy way to send them a reminder?
I would be happy if there was a button for that. And if there is no button, I might email people individually (although that would turn into weeks of work again). Then I would at least need the link through which they can extend their entry. Where would I find it?
