Structured Address Listing Submissions

I am trying to amend the form, so that when users are submitting a listing, they are entering a structured address. Instead of an address in one single string.
Is this possible using a custom form?
Is there any way to map the new form fields to the table entry that is created? or is that achieved by just naming them the same as the ones in the import listing sample?

The single string approach for Location in the form field 'Location' is very prone to errors...
