When you hover over 'find a fertility clinic' in the top menu, only the parent category (UK) and 3 categories within it, are appearing.
They were all appearing in the top menu before I assigned them to a parent category.
In the older version of Vantage, the categories only appeared if there were listings within them. I don't know if this is still the case but there should be several more categories appearing here.
