Classipress: Missing ad/listing categories in main nav menu drop down

Hello,

I'm having main menu drop-down issues in Classipress. Even though in Dashboard > Classipress > Settings > General I have selected "Show All" for all types of category display options, it only shows all if I select the maximum of 10 on each of the dropdown selectors. Showing all should... well... show all.

Here's a screenshot to show that I have ads in many categories. The Lodging sub-categories was where I first noticed it:
