Translating certain pages

Hi there !
Since translating Vantage in French with .mo files seems to not work, I'm actively translating directly in the PHP source code.

So far I've done pretty good, but now I'm stuck with a certain page whose labels won't translate.

Fyi, that's the page that appears after chosing a Listing Plan.

I'm struggling here to translate the form Labels such as "Title" or "Phone".

Could someone pinpoint me to which php files I must edit ?
