Vantage 4.x - Custom TinyMCE Editor

Hello,

I spent many hours in forum, communities but no way to fix it for the moment.

In the form of a New-Listing page, I use TinyMCE as the text editor.
Since the wordcount (present in the normal backend text editing, previously in the very bottom line of the editor, now with WP5.x in the [i] information button when editing a post) is no longer present in this Vantage frontend view, I'm looking for a way to put it back.
I've tried to download the TinyMCE "wordcount" plugin and put it in the right folder but it does not work.
I am using Wordpress 5.x.
Is someone here using the same configuration ?
Would someone have a solution (ideally step by step) ?

Moreover, I try to put a word minumum alert (block the submit when wordcount < x words). I've tried with a common code (in function.php), working for normal post, from the backend ;
But here, for Listings in frontend of Vantage, it does not work.
