    Very Bad Support

    Why is there no any response of my simple question, as a long term member and paying customer, I can at least expect a better support.
    This is not the first time that my question gets ignored and stays unanswered.
    "When will the new vintage update be released??? There are to many problems and errors with the current vintage version." and why does it take this long???"
