Walk through On Importing Listings?

I bought this theme because I was under the impression it would be easy to get up and running.... So far a disappointment. Is there an updated walkthrough on how listing uploads work? I have now spent 3 hours trying to get it to both upload correctly and geocode correctly with no success. I have just a small sampling of 10 listings I am using for testing which I am unable to get it to work as it should based on the demo.

- What columns in the sample are MANDATORY for listings to show Address, Phone, Title, and Category? How should each be formatted? For example do I need the full address and also to break it down in to street number, street name, etc?
- What columns in the sample.csv are MANDATORY to have the geocode work correctly? I am getting the csv to upload but the pins are showing "2" on the map when there is only 1 pin seeminly at random.

This seems simple enough but the documentation is lacking and I cannot find anything specifically relating to vantge 4.0 in the forums. I have 20,000 listings to get uploaded and I cannot afford to waste any more time troubleshooting.
