email/profile recommendation
would be great if an auto-email can be sent to all freelancers whenever a project is posted that matches their profile
however, for this to work, a freelancer would need to update their profile to tick the categories they specialise in. - not just the skills
at present, a freelancer can tick his/her "skills" - but not their "categories"
if that is too hard, then I can just replicate the categories to the skills and any new project that has matching skills - an auto email to be sent to all the freelancers adising them a new project has been listed.
currently, freelancers have to keep logging in to manually see any new projects that have been listed.
also:
- new auto email sent to new user (both freelancer & employer) on registration
these email formats/templates should be editable by admin
