    Free to Post Projects option

    Hi,

    What do I do to allow people to post Projects free of charge? and just charge freelancers to bid for projects using credit system. The Credit system is only for Freelancers who wants to bid on Projects, right? Just would like to clarify this as I am still getting used to this
