How to link customer pricing page to different price options?

So I am setting up a custom pricing page with my various payment tiers to purchase credits. What I'd like to do is link my "Buy Now" buttons to each individual level. For example, I have a 1 credit for $1 option. If you were to use the stock HireBee page, you would choose that radio button and then click next. The next page that shows up is a receipt page that then asks for payment type (Paypal etc.). I would like to like my "Buy Now" button on my custom page to take me straight to that receipt page showing 1 credit for $1. I tried just using the link that showed after, but that is a cached link and changes if you click a different radio button. Where are the exact links to these located? Thank you.
