How to remove Tags, Skills and Price per hour Fields

Hi,

I would like to remove the tags and skills fields completely on my website.

Could you please tell us what files need to be modified?

I know there is an option to put 0 for skills and that hide the field in the project posting, but it doesn't hide it in the freelancers view and edit profile.

Also I am looking at removing the tags from the project posting.

I appreciate anyones help.
