    Open for Proposals

    hello,

    as an admin , employer or freelancer i cannot find a way to reward a proposal to the freelancer despite they are already working on it and yet the site shows "Open for Proposals"

    how can i fix this? i don't have much plugin installed other than this theme that might conflict.
