    Is this theme available?

    Is these theme released? I'm a little confused as it seems support is no longer taking tickets from customers and I have no idea how to ask why my account doesn't include access to the theme. I was under the impression that what I bought included such access, as it does Vantage which is on hold for now. So... I guess I have to ask the question here. Thanks.
