Problem: search form, captcha (question / answer), application form

Hello,
I have a problem with the following things:
- Job application form does not work for not logged in
- Does not appear in the search form job for not logged in
- There is a problem with captcha (question / answer)
- Home changes the modes does not start ise in mobile mode
- Search on the home page searches only the results from the first page and not the entire database as a search engine from the menu
- Compatibility problem with plug-autoptymize how to properly configure it
- What files do not join and head to work even faster childtheme
